📋 General Information

We are excited to host a early season tournament this year!  This tournament is being held at the Hudsonville Christian West gym, 3425 Oak St., Hudsonville, MI 49426. Parking is available in the West gym parking lot on the corner of Oak and Lincoln, the main parking lot off of Oak or the back parking lot off of Hillcrest. Street parking is also available.

Teams will participate in qualification matches, skills challenges, judging, and, if they qualify, elimination matches.  Per the game manual, we should have 10 alliances (20+ teams) move on to the elimination rounds!

Pit tables, seating, and electrical power will be provided for each attending team, along with ample spectator seating. Teams are welcome to bring their own food. Doors will open at 8 and only teams that are checked in by 9:00 am will be allowed to compete.

• 10:30 am Qualification Rounds Begin and Piloting Skills open
• 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm Lunch
• 12:45 pm Qualification Rounds resume
• 3:30 pm Qualification Rounds Conclude & Skills Challenge Field Close (Skills fields will close when qualifications end or 3:30 pm, whichever occurs first)
• 3:45 pm Alliance Selection and Eliminations
• 4:15 pm Awards

⚙️ Judging Format

Judging will be in person with digital logbooks.  Logbooks must be submitted by Oct. 31 to be considered.
