Solo events end : 1:30 PM

Judging format
Notebooks: Hard copy will be turned in at registration. Judges will score them before doing the interviews.
Interviews: Judges will go to the teams for their interviews. If it is too noisy for them to hear, judges will have the option to use another room to do the interview.

Travel information
There is plenty of parking at the gym/natatorium area.
If coming into Carlsbad from the north: Turn right on 8th street at the Y (right before the second light). Drive about one mile and on the right will be the entrance to the sports arenas and gyms. Follow the road around and you will drive directly into the gym parking lot.
Emergency information
There will not be any on-site medical personnel. If an emergency occurs, contact Deborah Haggerton and she will direct you to the nearest medical facilities, or have bandages, etc for cuts.
If severe weather decides to wreck the day, you will be contacted the night before if at all possible. If in doubt, contact Deborah Haggerton 575-302-3870
Refund policy
If the team withdraws before the final payment due date, 100% of monies paid will be returned. If team withdraws after that date, circumstances will be considered. Cancellation of the event by the EP: the event will be rescheduled if at all possible
