Whitehall Engage Robotics League

Welcome to the 26-27 Whitehall Engage Robots League.  This league is open to Whitehall area elementary and middle school level teams competing in the RECF Engage game Top Tier.  The league will be spread out over four nights held at the Whitehall Regional Emerging Technology Laboratory (ETL) at Whitehall Memorial Schools.  

League Nights will be held:

Monday, November 16th ( league night from 4:30-6:30 pm)

Thursday, December 10th ( league night from 4:30-6:30 pm)

Tuesday, January 26th (league night from 4:30-6:30 pm)

Monday February 22nd  (league night from 4:30-6:30 pm)

The ETL will be open by 3:45 pm each night and teams must pass inspection by 4:30 pm to be included in evening matches.  On Monday Feb. 22nd we will hold final qualification matches and league finals.  Teams should make an effort to attend each league night scheduled but can miss one night without impacting their qualification status.  

Each league night will run as follows:

3:45:  ETL Opens

3:45-4:30:  Inspection and Solo Matches

4:30-6:30:  Qualification Matches and Solo Matches

We will run 3-4 matches each evening depending on the number of teams attending on a given night. 

No judging will take place during the league.  

Teams should park in the lot south of the ETL between Hobson St. and the ETL.  Teams should enter through the orange center doors on of the south side of the building.

Coaches will be contacted by the EP, Kristoff Ausderau with any cancellation due to weather concerns.  

If the league is cancelled, a full refund will be given.  If a team cancels prior to November 13th, a full refund will be given.  No refunds will be given after this date.
