Team interviews will be conducted in person during the event.
Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally prior to the competition: email logbooks to rlerma@harmonytx.org, please put team# in the subject heading.
The deadline to submit engineering notebooks is November 19. Late notebook submissions will not be considered for judged awards in accordance with the REC Foundation's judging policies.

Travel information
An email will be sent prior to the event with the map of event. We will be hosting in the Auditorium and parking is located right in front. We have enough parking spaces to accommodate school buses.
Emergency information
The safety of all participants, coaches, volunteers, and spectators is our highest priority. In the event of severe weather, an emergency, or any situation that impacts the schedule or operation of the competition, the EP will communicate important updates directly to the coaches using the contact information provided during team registration. Coaches will be responsible for promptly sharing any updates with their team members and parents.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the Event Partner. No refunds will be provided for team withdrawals, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather-related travel decisions made by individual teams, or any other circumstances outside the control of the Event Partner.
