Cros-Lex MS/HS Pinnacle Tournament

*No Concession stands will be available but you are welcome to bring your food, snacks and/or drinks! There is also local restaurants in the area (McDonalds, Tacobell, Subway, Camms Cafe, etc.) 

Cros-Lex MS/HS: Pinnacle Tournament Agenda:

*Teams MUST be checked in by 8:30 am, as the Match Schedule will be finalized at that time and will not be re-run. If your team is running late, call the Event Partner or the match schedule will be run WITHOUT your team. 

8:00 am = Door Open 

8:30 am - 9:30 am   = Team Check-In and Inspection 

9:30 am - 9:45 am  = Drivers Meeting and Opening Remarks

9:45 am - 12:00 pm = Qualification

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm = LUNCH

1:00 pm - 1:15 pm = Alliance Selection 

1:15 pm - 2:00 pm = Finals Match 

2:00 pm = Awards and Cleanup

(Skills field will be open before qualifications, during lunch time and after the finals match)

*Agenda times may change due to number of teams and/or running schedule.

If weather or a local emergency cause us to cancel or modify the schedule for this event, we will update this event's recfevents.org general information page. Please check the recfevents.org General Information page before traveling to Cros-Lex for possible notice of a delayed event start time, cancellation, or rescheduling of the event due to inclement weather or local emergency.

Notice will be posted by 5:30 AM the morning of the event (or sooner if the decision is made).

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Should this Cros-Lex Tournament be canceled, refunds in the amount of $50 will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refund.
