San Angelo ISD is very excited to host the West Texas Gateway Conference - Holly Jolly Robo Rally.
The event will take place at Lamar Elementary located at 3444 School House Road, San Angelo, Texas, 76904.
Doors will open at 7:30 AM. Team Sign-in and Inspection will begin at 7:30.

7:00 AM - Doors open to Volunteers
7:30 AM - Doors open to Teams/ Pits and Practice Field Opens/ Inspection begins
Team interviews will start after teams are inspected, pause for the Drivers Meeting, and then resume until complete.
8:15 AM - Coaches Meeting/ Driver's Meeting
8:45 AM - Alliance Matches Begin/ Solo Matches Begins
12:00 PM - Lunch Break - Solo Matches will close during this time
1:00 PM - Alliance Matches continue
The Solo Matches close at the end of the last qualifying match. This is a hard deadline.
3:00 PM - Alliance Matches end
3:30 PM - Alliance Finals Begin
4:45 PM - Awards Ceremony
Judging format
All judging and interviews will be done in-person at the event on December 5th. Please ensure that if your team wishes to submit for the Innovate Award, that the submission form is at the front of the notebook, directly after the cover page.

Travel information
Event will be at Lamar Elementary located at 3444 School House Road, San Angelo, Texas, 76904. There is a large parking lot on the side of the school that can accommodate busses and vans.
Emergency information
If you are unable to attend due to weather or travel conditions, please let me know.
If inclement weather requires us to cancel the competition, all entries will be refunded.
Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given as soon as possible. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will generally not be given, but you can contact Jennifer Feck if there is a special circumstance.
