SC Achieve State Finals - Middle School

The 2027 South Carolina Achieve State Championship for Middle School looks forward to welcoming you to the ultimate robotics competition in South Carolina.

Invitations to the state championship will be sent to the email listed as the primary contact for the qualifying team.  Upon invitation you will have two weeks to accept before the opportunity is lost.  Please ensure your registration fee has been paid or pending at least one week before the tournament or your spot will be lost.

The state championship offers qualifying spots to the RECF World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri, April 25 to May 7.

3/5/2027 - FRIDAY

4:15 p.m. Doors open (please do not try to arrive earlier as traffic is really bad on Corley Mill after school is dismissed at 3:50 p.m.)

4:30 p.m. Registration and Inspections 

5:15 p.m. Solo Matches open

5:15 - 7:15 p.m Judges Interview 

8:00 p.m. Solo Matches Close 

3/6/2027 - SATURDAY

8:00 a.m. Doors open

8:30 Opening Ceremony, Recognition of Seniors, Drivers Meeting

9:00 a.m. Solo Matches open

9:50 a.m. Solo Matches close

10:00 a.m. Qualifying Matches start

12:30 p.m. Lunch Break

1:00 p.m. Qualification Matches resume

2:30 p.m. Qualification Matches end

3:00 p.m. Alliance selection

3:30 p.m. Elimination Matches start

4:45 p.m. Elimination Matches end

5:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony

5:45 p.m. Doors close

The intent is for the State Finals to take place. Barring an unforseen event (i.e. pandemic, state closure), State Finals will be postponed, but not cancelled by the organizers. If event will be cancelled, then all teams will be refunded the registrations price minus $5.

All registered teams must pay within three weeks of their registration. 

If the registered team cancels their participation, there will be no refund.
