Logistics

• Saturday, December 12, 2026 with snow date of Sunday, December 13, 2026
• Doors open at 7:45 AM
• Address:  KRMS 32 Gile Pond Road, North Sutton, NH 03260
• Please drive all the way around the school and enter the facility near the gym entrance.
• Use the doors to the far right as you are facing the back of the school.
• Physical logbooks will be turned in upon arrival
• We will have two team mission fields.
• We will have two skills fields.
• We will have a practice field.
• Safety Glasses are required.

Food

• We will have a concession stand that includes hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
• Team Pizza available for pre-purchase.  Details to follow.

Agenda

7:45 AM - Doors Open - Pits will be in Cafeteria and the Gym

8:00 AM - Team Check in, Inspections begin in KRMS Foyer

8:15 AM - Piloting Missions begin

8:30 AM - Opening Ceremony, Flight Team Meeting and Match Schedule Created 

Note: Teams not checked in by this time will not be included in the Teamwork Match schedule for the day

9:00 AM - Teamwork Matches and *Team Interviewing begins. We will have two teamwork fields and two Piloting Skills and fields, plus a practice field. 

ALL Piloting Skills Missions will be done prior to lunch.  

12:00 PM - Lunch

12:30 PM - Teamwork Matches, Autonomous Flight Mission and Team Interviewing resume (if necessary). PLEASE NOTE: Autonomous Flight Skills will be conducted on BOTH Skills fields as soon as piloting missions are done. This MAY occur prior to the lunch break. Please listen for announcements.  

ALL Autonomous Missions will conclude 15 minutes BEFORE the last teamwork mission is played.

2:30 PM - Teamwork Matches End

2:45 PM - Alliance Sections

3:00 PM - Finals and Awards

4:00 PM - Event Ends 

In the event weather is an issue, stay tuned to RECFEvents.org. Teams will be notified as soon as possible.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

• A refund of $65.00 per paid team will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• No refund will be issued.
