📋 General Information

Rom12 is pleased to continue our partnership with Purdue Polytechnic H S and host the first tournament registered this season for RECF robotics in Indiana. This tournament will be a qualifier to a regional qualifier that will in turn qualify teams to the RECF Vex Worlds this coming Spring in St Louis MO.

As usual, our tournament will be on the 3rd floor (elevator and stair access) with an amazing view of the downtown Indianapolis skyline.

Payment is due within 2 weeks of registration or before the tournament, whichever is first. Contact us for direct pay options.

⚠️ Emergency Info

We are in Indiana where we do not typically allow weather to stop us but if there is a "state of emergency" and have to cancel or postpone the event, we will communicate with the email contacts on file. If we cancel, which has never happened in our more the 25 tournaments we have hosted, we will credit your registration fee to your choice of future tournaments that we host.

⚙️ Judging Format

Our plan is to have judged awards with physical notebooks being turned in the day of the event.

If you withdrawal, there will be no refund or credit but if we are forced to cancel the event, your organization will be credited for a future event of your choice that we host.
