General information

The River Valley RADs Robotics and Aerial Drone Club are excited to bring you the Northern New England Premiere of ADC Pro -Off Grid.  This tournament will qualify ADC Pro teams for either the Fall Championship in Plano Texas on December 12 or the RECF World Championships in St. Louis, MO in May 2027.

Judging format

All judging for this event will be done in-person.  Teams MUST bring hard copy flight logs and engineering notebooks.  Team interview schedule will be distributed during opening ceremony.

Travel information

Team and equipment drop-off will be done at the front doors to Springfield High School.  Please use the first driveway when headed south on South Street, coming from Main Street.  Parking will be in the lower parking lots located in front of the high school.  Please do NOT park in or near the bus loop at the front of the high school.  Volunteers will be available at the entrance, beginning at 7:15 to assist teams with unloading and parking.

Emergency information

The First Aid station will be located near the concessions stand in the Springfield High School cafeteria, located across the hall from the Springfield High School gym.  This is where the team pits will be located as well.

In the case of severe weather, the Event Partner will make the call on cancellation by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13.  Cancellation notifications will be made to head coaches and lead mentors via email and text. 

Refund policy

If a team withdraws by Friday, November 6th, a full refund less the $5 RECF administrative fee will be provided.  If a team withdraws between November 6 and November 12, a 50% refund will be provided.  No refund will be provided if a team withdraws after November 12.

If the event is cancelled by the Event Partner due to weather of unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less the $5 RECF administrative fee will be provided.
