Texas Halloween Madness RECF Achieve Robotics Competition

Thank you for registering for Halloween Madness - High School RECF Pinnacle.

We plan to use the smart field controllers for this event. Please make sure the following Initial Setup (Teams) is followed prior to inspection. 

• Open code
• Connect robot brain directly to computer
• Turn on robot brain
• Ensure controller and robot are running the latest os firmware 
• Set team number on robot brain (no spaces between team number and letter)

• Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally. 
• A submission deadline is scheduled for 10/19/2026.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation.
• A submission deadline is scheduled for 10/19/2026 (ahead of the event date). No notebooks will be accepted on the day of the tournament.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be sent. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

A team may be transferred to another Cy-Ridge Event if notified within 2 weeks.
