📋 General Information
This is one of many invitational RECF Solo Remote Match events open to registered RECF Achieve Robotics high school teams.
For the past several seasons, the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF) has hosted remote matches primarily to support JROTC teams that were geographically isolated or needed opportunities to practice before attending their first in-person competition. This season, we are excited to expand these opportunities to all registered Achieve Robotics teams that may benefit from a remote competition experience.
If there are no Achieve Robotics events in your area and your team would benefit from a remote event opportunity, please contact your Regional Support Manager. They can recommend your team for participation in this invitational remote event.
Once your team has been recommended, Nadine, the listed Event Partner and RECF Staff Member, will reach out to discuss available event dates, determine which RECF Solo Remote Match event works best for your team's schedule, and provide the invitation details.
Competition Format
Each registered team will be assigned a dedicated 30-minute competition time slot. During that session, teams may complete up to:
3 Solo Driving Matches
3 Solo Coding Matches
A remote Head Referee will oversee the competition session and score all matches.
Teams are expected to review the current Game Manual before the event and be prepared to comply with all applicable rules and requirements.
Competition time slots will be available between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
After registration, teams will receive an email with a link to select their preferred competition time. Please select one preferred time slot per registered team. Time slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Reminders
Payment must be received by the November 3 payment deadline.
If space remains available and a team registers after November 3, payment will be due immediately upon registration.
Review the Solo Remote Matches Guide and test all required equipment before your scheduled competition time.

💵 Refund Policy
If a team registers but does not attend, no refund will be issued.
If the RECF Solo Remote Match event is canceled by RECF, the event will be rescheduled, and the team's registration payment will be applied to the rescheduled event.
