General information

Our tournament is being held at Avon Grove HS (for GPS: use Dunkin Donuts in Jennersville, PA - this is the entrance to the new school, turn left at the stop sign and follow the road to the back of the building). 

We are planning to begin our inspections at 8:00 AM will have the team challenges throughout the day and the skills portion will be throughout the morning.

We will be having concessions (snacks & drinks) as well as a $5 pizza/water lunch deal during our tournament.

Logbooks are required to be submitted electronically by Friday, November 6th at 5:00 PM

Tentative schedule:

8:00 AM: Doors open and team inspections

8:15 AM: Pilot Meeting

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Qualification matches; Skills fields open (close 12:00 noon)

12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch break

1:00 - 3:00 PM: Qualification matches

3:15 PM: Alliance Selection

3:25 - 3:45 PM: Elimination matches

4:00 PM: Closing Ceremony and Awards

Judging format

Judging will include Teamwork Mission, Autonomous Flight Skills Mission, Piloting Skills Mission and Communications Mission through "in person" judging.

If traveling, please contact the Event Partner for suggested hotel stays.

Emergency information

In case of inclement weather, event partner will communicate any changes to the event, including any rescheduled dates.

Refund policy

Refunds are not provided if a team chooses to "drop" an event. If a weather event occurs, a make up event will be scheduled.
