📋 General Information

We will be hosting again at PCCTC this year.  We are excited to host an RECF competition in our building again. More information will be shared closer to the event.

⚠️ Emergency Info

In the event of inclement weather, we will notify the head coach on file for each team.  We will not be able to reschedule due to other commitments.

🧳 Travel Information

When traveling down Chastain Rd from Rumahah Rd, be careful not to turn into the bus loop.  Go the the second entrance by the PCCTC sign.  The first parking lot on the left is the student lot and the back parking lot on the left is where you can park for the tournament.  Do not park in the car loop area please.

If coming from Central down Chastain Rd, pass Chastain Rd Elementary and come to the second parking area on the left.

⚙️ Judging Format

Digital Notebooks will need to be submitted by Monday, January 11, 2027.  Interviews will take place in person.

Refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather that requires the event to be cancelled.

Refunds will not be given to teams who do not attend unless their spot can be filled by another team who can pay the fee.
