Preliminary schedule

7:45am  - Doors open for registration, Pits.
7:45am – 9:00am Robot Inspection
9:00am – Coaches’ Meeting (Adult)
9:00am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:30am – Start Qualification Matches
12:45pm – Finish Qualification Matches
12:45-1:45pm – Lunch
1:45-2:45pm - Finish Qualification Matches
2:45pm - Final Matches
3:30pm – Closing ceremony
4pm - Pack up

Judging format

Pre - judging over Zoom between 16/11-22/11. Send a shortened version of the team's Engineering Notebook instead of the full Engineering Notebook prior to judging, limited to 10 pages long. In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
