9:00am – Coaches’ Meeting (Adult)
9:00am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:30am – Start Qualification Matches
12:45pm – Finish Qualification Matches
12:45-1:45pm – Lunch
1:45-2:45pm - Finish Qualification Matches
2:45pm - Final Matches
3:30pm – Closing ceremony
4pm - Pack up

Refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
