Travel information

Use the parking lot at the rear (west) side of the school. Enter through the events lobby at the rear of the school. The school can be accessed from Elizabeth Avenue and/or Heller Park Lane.

Emergency information

We will let teams know as soon as possible about closures or modifications to the schedule in the event of inclement weather.

Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refund will be issued.

(If the event is NOT canceled, no refunds will be given due to changes of schedule/format due to weather or unforeseen emergencies.)

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will only be issued to teams requesting registration cancellation 14 or more days prior to the event AND if the spot is filled with another team.

All refunds will be minus the $5 RECF Administrative fee
