General information

Welcome to the Battle at the Branch!

This will be a fun-filled event with good competition from around South Carolina! Doors will open for registration at 7:30am on Saturday. This is a qualifying event for the South Carolina RECF Achieve State Championship. Teams are expected to submit a digital notebook the Friday before the event.

Bring physical notebooks please!

Teams may park in the main parking lot in front of the school. All teams should enter at the main entrance. All adults and students must go through our metal dectectors in the main entrance of the school. Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit area during the event(cafeteria), while spectators should remain in the small gym to watch the competition. Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor.

Emergency information

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organizers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:

A refund of $80.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be issued.
