7:30 am - Venue opens - Team Check-in Big Gym

8:00-9:00 am - Technical Inspection

9:00 am - Welcome and Game/Rules Overview

9:45 am - Alliance and Solo Matches until 2pm - once the last Alliance Match is complete, Solo Matches are closed.

2:30 pm - Alliance Selection

3:15 pm - Elimination Matches

4:30 pm - Awards

5:00 pm - Venue closes

If the Event Partner cancels the event: in the case the school is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of the event date.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after Registration closes. If a team withdraws from the event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within two months of the event date.

Teams with unpaid balances on RECFevents.org: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to the event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
