All teams should provide at least 1 adult volunteer to assist at the event.

All In-Person Judging. Please bring printed physical notebooks.

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

For pickup/drop-off, enter via Gate 1 and load/unload teams in front of the flagpoles.

For parking, there is underground parking at Gate 3 and roadside parking along Avon Road.

9:00am – Coaches’ Meeting (Adult)
9:00am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:30am – Start Qualification Matches
12:45pm – Finish Qualification Matches
12:45-1:45pm – Lunch
1:45-2:45pm - Finish Qualification Matches
2:45pm - Final Matches
3:30pm – Closing ceremony
4pm - Pack up

Refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
