We depend on volunteers to help the tournament run smoothly! We especially would appreciate anyone trained as a judge for design and engineering notebooks. If you know someone who may be interested in volunteering to help, please contact event organizer Dr. Shari Hiltbrand, Email: sehiltbrand@jp2.org
If you can help provide an alliance field or skills field, please conatct the event organizer to make arrangements.
Doors will open at 7:30 AM. While we will do as much preparation for the event the day before, there are always last-minute items to attend to, so please plan to enter the venue no earlier than 7:30 am.
Before the day of the tournament, email is the best method of contact as we are educators who work with students all day. On tournament day, please contact Shari Hiltbrand via the cell number provided to coaches.
Tournament INFO:
Two alliance game fields (one field from organizer; need help from the community for a 2nd); Two Skills fields (depends on help from the community); space for two practice fields will be available as teams can provide them.
Concessions for snacks only will be available, 8:00 am-2:30 pm. Please no bills larger than $20. A water bottle filler is available for filling water bottles. No drinks will be sold.

Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather. We will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this extremely unlikely event (certain event funds such as the RECF handling fee must be spent before the event occurs and those will not be refunded).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given. Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and potentially lose their spot. If special arrangements are made for a team to remain registered for the event after the payment deadline, teams will still be expected to pay in full regardless of whether or not that team attends as we will be unlikely to fill the spot on short notice.
