We are excited to invite teams into our school again this year!
The Innovators Assemble: Together We Rise tournament will be a qualifying event for the SC State Championships. If teams wish to be judged and in the running for Design and Excellence awards, a digital copy of the Engineering Notebook must be uploaded to their team account by November 16, 2026 at 5pm. This will allow our judges more time to review the notebooks and to prepare for interviews that will take place on the day of the event.
- When teams arrive at Powdersville Middle School, they will enter through the car loop gym entrance. Signs will be posted for team/family entrance and volunteer entrance. Please adhere to the appropriate entrance signage to ensure a seamless entry process as we are getting setup the morning of the event. SEE TRAVEL INFO FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING.
- Only registered team members and one coach will be allowed in the pit area in the cafeteria. Tables will be set up and labeled with team numbers. All other people associated with the teams including parents, siblings, and other spectators must remain in the stands or hallway.
- We will have our Concessions stand open throughout the event. Details will be provided at least 2 weeks before the event regarding prices. Cash only. There are ample restaurant options within 5 minutes of the school for anyone wishing to go that route instead.
- Interviews will be conducted during the skills portion of our event. Teams should plan to stop by an open judging table in between matches to do their interview. We will continue interviews into teamwork matches as needed until all teams have been interviewed. Teams will need to find a fitting time between matches that will not risk being a No Show for a match.
