In the event of cancelation due to bad weather, coaches will be contacted by email the day before the tournament. Due to building scheduling constraints, the tournament will not be rescheduled.

⚙️ Judging Format

We plan to do remote notebook judging. Notebooks should be submitted as a pdf through the provided space in your RECF account at least 1 week before the tournament (Due Jan 2, 2027) so that preliminary remote scorers will have the opportunity to evaluate notebooks before the tournament. We will have in person interviews at a central location. Each team should make an effort to present themselves and their robot at the designated location for a judges interview.
