📋 General Information

Welcome to the Mann Robotics ADC Pro Season Opener!

This will be a fun-filled event with good competition from around South Carolina! Doors will open for registration at 7:30am on Saturday.  This is a qualifying event for the Fall Championship in Plano, TX on December 12 and the RECF STEM World Championship.  Teams are expected to submit a digital notebook the Friday before the event.

Digital Notebooks must be submitted by Friday, October 23rd at 11:59pm.

Teams may park in the student parking lot or main parking lot in front of the school.  All teams should enter at the main entrance.  Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit area during the event, while spectators should remain in the gym to watch the competition.  Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor.

In the event weather is an issue please stay tuned to RECFEvents.org. Teams will be notified on or before Friday, October 23rd in the event the event in cancelled.

8:15 AM	Pilot/Driver Meeting
8:30 AM	Qualification Matches Start/Solo Skills Challenge Opens (must be inspected by this time)
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM	Lunch Break
3:00 PM	Solo Skills Closes (Close will coincide with the end of Qualifications)/Eliminations Start
4:30 PM	Event Close and Awards

 

⚙️ Judging Format

 In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event. All notebook submissions will be digital and are due on or before October 23rd.

💵 Refund Policy

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

• A refund of $80.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• No refund will be issued.
