Judging format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person during the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Travel information
Coleman is located at 1544 N. Governeour rd, Wichita, KS 67206. There are two main parking lots (north and south), please park in the south parking lot closest to the park. Feel free to park in the grass by the park or on Governeour street if the parking lot is full. DO NOT USE THE NORTH PARKING LOT FOR STUDENT DROP OFF. You will enter the school through door #24. All doors will be locked except door #24

In the event that an emergency or weather prohibits the tournament we will look to reschedule for a future date. If that is not possible, then teams will be reimbursed and the tournament will be cancelled.

Refund policy
No refund will be given if a team is absent or does not participate. Refunds can be given if a coach cancels registration of a team at least a week prior to tournament AND another team fills their spot. If another team does not fill the vacant spot no refund will be given. There is a $5 non-refundable charge to every team, no exceptions.
