Welcome back to Riverfield Academy!  We are excited to be a part of the 2027 FastTrack season!  This event will be help on the Riverfield Academy campus, in the Elementary Gym.  This event will be a blended event, and we can host elementary, middle and high school teams.  See you In-Flight!

Travel information

From Interstate 20, take exit 138.  Go North on LA-137 through town. Just after you cross the railroad tracks, turn right onto Hwy 80 East. Turn Left on Wood Street (beside the Case IH store, then turn right onto Wood Street.  Riverfield Academy is at the end of this street.

Riverfield Academy has 2 gyms; we will be using the Elementary Gym.  As you pull onto campus, you can use the large parking lot in front of the main gym (with glass doors).  Use the sidewalk to walk west then south, around the cafeteria and you will see the Elementary Gym, where you will be competing.  Please enter and exit through the front doors of the gym.

Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  

We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather.  We will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this highly unlikely event.


If a Coach/Mentor completes registrations and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  

Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given.  Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and potentially loose their spot.  If special arrangements are made for a team to remain registered for the event after the payment deadline, teams will still be expected to pay in full, regardless of whether or not that team attends, as we will be unlikely to fill the spot on short notice.
