Judging format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Emergency information
In the event of bad weather causing the event to have to be cancelled, no refunds will be given. You will be notified if the event has to be cancelled due to weather
Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is cancelled by the event partner (not weather related), a full refund minus 5 dollars will be sent via district check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a coach cancels, there are no refunds.
