General information
Come enjoy the Gorge before Christmas. Make a weekend out of it by staying locally! This is a combined elementary/middle school qualifiying event.

Judging format
Judging is in person. All journals must be submitted digitally by teams no later than Friday, December 4th, at 11:59 PM. A link will be provided. Any journal turned in after that deadline will not be considered for judging. Volunteers will escort students to their judge interviews. Student participants only at interviews, please.

Travel information
Google and map apps will bring you to the front of the building on May St. You may park along the street, or around the building on the driveway entering from the 17th Street side. There is NO Parking on the east side of 17th Street (marked bike lane). The west side is okay.
Check Expedia or other sites for hotels. The Sunset Motel is a good economy option. More expensive choices are the Best Western, Westcliff and Columbia Gorge Hotels.
Emergency information
First aid kits are available at the school, as well as AEDs.
In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, coaches will be notified at the cell number/contact information given.

Refund policy
We are unable to issue refunds, except in the case of a cancellation by the organizers due to weather. Refunds will be $40, minus a $5 fee each for processing to RECF and HRMS. Net refund = $30.
