Arkansas Winter Blast

Welcome to the Tier Takeover Arkansas Winter BASH hybrid tournament. 

• We are excited about hosting this event!
• The tournament will be held at the Bryant High School Gym.
• This is the same tournament that Sheri Maxwell usually hosts at Bethel,  just a change of venue.
• We are only accepting physical notebooks at the tournament. (No online notebooks).
• We will have a concession with drinks and snacks. 

Doors will open for teams to arrive at 7:30.

11:30-12:30 Lunch

12:30 pm Qualification Matches Start

3:15 pm Qualification Matches End

4:00 Awards

4:15 Breakdown and Cleanup

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be for the event fee of $50.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once the registration deadline is reached, there will be no refunds unless the tournament is cancelled because of the weather.
