2027 ADC Northeast Regional Championship – High School

Welcome to the 2027 Northeast ADC Regional Championship!

Saturday, June 6:

8:00 AM – Doors open; inspection begins
9:30 AM – Flight crew meeting
10:00 AM – Opening ceremony
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM – Qualification & solo matches
11:00 AM – Judging area opens for initial team interviews
12:00  - 1:00 PM – Lunch break 
1:00 - 6:00 PM – Qualification & solo matches
5:00 PM – Judging area closes; all initial interviews must be complete by this time
6:30 PM – Venue closed

Sunday, June 7:

8:00 AM – Doors open
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Qualification & solo matches
12:00 - 1:00 PM – Lunch break
1:00 - 4:00 PM – Qualification & solo matches
3:45 PM – Solo fields close
4:00 PM – Alliance Selection 
4:30 - 6:00 PM – Elimination matches
6:00 PM – Closing ceremony & awards

First-Come, First-Served Team Interviews
Initial team interviews will be conducted in a separate judging area adjacent to the pits in Falcon Center Gym 2. Each team should report to the judging area at their convenience for their initial team interview. The judging area will be open from 11 AM - 12 Noon and 1 PM - 5 PM on the first day of each event only. Teams that do not report to the judging area during the opening times will be considered to have waived their opportunity for an interview.

The event will be held in the Fairmont State University Falcon Center. Please see this document for an annotated campus map.

Teamwork and skills matches will be played in Falcon Center Gym 1. Team pit areas and practice fields will be located in Falcon Center Gym 2 and the adjacent Colebank Hall Gym. 

Free parking is available in the campus parking garage. From the garage, take the elevator to the top floor and walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Falcon Center. The street address of the parking garage is: 1112 Bryant St, Fairmont WV 26554.

For an accessible entrance or large vehicle unloading, continue up Bryant St. to the point marked “Falcon Center Accessible Entrance and Load-In” on the attached map. From there, enter the Falcon Center on the second floor and take the elevator or stairs down to the gyms. Several accessible parking spaces are located near this entrance – unless you require one of them, please move your vehicle to the parking garage after unloading. The lot above/behind the Falcon Center is for university Faculty and Staff only and you will be ticketed by university police if you park there.

School buses and other large vehicles can park in the gravel lot located across Locust Avenue/US 19 from campus.
