10:30 am - Flight Team Meeting and Teamwork Match Schedule Created 

Note: Teams not checked in by this time will not be included in the Teamwork Match schedule for the day

10:45 an - Teamwork Matches, Autonomous Flight Mission Matches

12:30 pm - Lunch

1:15 pm - Teamwork Matches, Autonomous Flight Skills Mission Matches Resume

3:00 pm - Teamwork Matches, Skills Missions Matches End

3:15 pm - Alliance Sections

3:30 pm- Teamwork Elimination Matches, Finals Matches

4:45 pm to 5:15 pm - Awards, closing remarks 

5:30 pm to 6 pm -  Clean up and Fly Out!

This event will have remote logbooks and in-person interviews at the event. 

Logbooks are due by 10/18/2026 10:00 pm. 

You'll enter via the track and field gate, where you'll find abundant grass parking right by the STEM Center.  There will be signage and volunteers to show you the way the day of the event, and you'll also receive directions and a wayfinding map closer to the event date. 

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather. We will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this extremely unlikely event (certain event funds such as the RECF handling fee must be spent before the event occurs and those will not be refunded). 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given. Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and potentially lose their spot. If special arrangements are made for a team to remain registered for the event after the payment deadline, teams will still be expected to pay in full regardless of whether or not that team attends as we will be unlikely to fill the spot on short notice.
