Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event of an emergency, and we are unable to reschedule, we will provide as close to a full refund as possible. (There are certain operating expenses that must be cover even in the event of cancellation).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given. Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline of September 21st may be moved to the waitlist and may lose their spot.
