Judging format

Judging will be completed during the final event.  Practice judging sessions can be available during the other event sessions.

Interviews will be in person and physical notebooks will need to be turned in.

Travel information

There is street parking on 37th st (if you want to use this please let me know day of).  Other parking can be found in the main lots off of 36th st. 

Emergency information

If OPS cancels classes for the day, the event will be canceled.  If after school/evening events are canceled, we will plan accordingly.

We will work together to find a make up day for any missed events.
