Parking will be available in the school lot. Concessions will be offered and no outside food or drinks will be permitted.

If there is inclement weather an email will be sent out cancelling the event and an effort to reschedule will be made as soon as possible.
Refund policy
Due to KCS policy, no refunds will be provided. There will be an attempt to make up the competition should it be cancelled due to weather at the earliest possible time.
