General information
This is a league event is open to all RECF Pinnacle teams in Kansas, but will likely be more convient for teams in the northeast KS region.
Blended Event - both middle school and high school teams.

- Thursday, November 5, 2026 - Solos, Qualifying Matches
- Thursday, December 10, 2026 - Solos, Qualifying Matches
- Thursday, January 21, 2026 - Solos, Qualifying Matches
- Thursday, February 18, 2026 - Solos & Judging, Elimination Matches, Finals, Awards
4pm - 8pm
Run solos from about 4-5pm (soft start for teams to arrive)
Run matches from about 5 or 5:30 pm to about 7:30pm
Concessions:
We plan to have pizza, chips, drinks, and other snacks available for purchase. Cash only.
Attendance:
Teams do not have to attend all 3 Qualifying sessions (Nov 5, Dec 10, Jan 21), but you must attend the final session on Feb 18.

We plan to livestream all four of the events on https://www.youtube.com/@KSVEX
The LiveStream links will be emailed the day of each event.
Payment:
$50 if paid through RECF

Judging format
- We currently plan to have all in-person judging at the final event only.
- Depending on how many teams we have register, we may switch to doing remote judging for notebooks and then just do interviews at the final event on Feb 18.

Travel information
- Basehor-Linwood High School is located on the northwest corner of 155th Street and Parallel Road.
- Please park in the south parking lot, accessible from both 155th and Parallel.
- Enter through the CTE doors
- A map and photos of the entrance will be shared with registered teams closer to the event.
Emergency information
If any events are cancelled due to severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule within 2 weeks on Thursday evening. We will do our best to accommodate as many teams as possible.

Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Event Partner will process a full refund (minus the $5.00 RECF fee)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Full refund if request is made 3 weeks prior to first event (minus the $5.00 RECF accounting fee)
- Half refund if request is made 2 weeks prior to event (minus the $5.00 accounting RECF fee)
- No refund if request is made less than 2 weeks prior to event.
Swapping:
- Team swapping is not permitted within two weeks of the event (no swapping after Oct 22nd)
