Giddy Up to the Mustang Circuit Showdown - RECF Engage Tournament! We are thrilled to host teams bringing VEX IQ, LEGO SPIKE Prime, and LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 platforms. Today is all about celebrating your creativity, problem-solving, and hard work across every system. Good luck to all our builders, coders, and drivers—let’s make it a fantastic Rodeo!

| 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM | Finals Matches | Top-ranked alliance pairs play one final match for the championship. |
| 3:45 PM – 4:15 PM | Awards Ceremony & Wrap-Up | Excellence, Teamwork Champions, Design, and Solo Match awards. |

Judging format
Judging Format: In-Person Pit Judging & Physical Engineering Notebooks
Engineering Notebooks : Physical notebooks must be turned in at the Team Check-In table by [ 8:30 AM] on the day of the event. Digital notebooks must be printed out prior to arrival if participating in physical submission.
Team Interviews: Judges will conduct in-person interviews with teams in their pit areas throughout the morning. Please ensure student team members are present in the pit area when judges arrive.

Refund policy
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Event Partner will process a full refund (minus the $5.00 RECF fee)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Full refund if request is made 3 weeks prior to event (minus the $5.00 RECF fee)
- Half refund if request is made 2 weeks prior to event (minus the $5.00 RECF fee)
- No refund if request is made less than 2 weeks prior to event.
