Welcome the 2027 Bow Bot Bout!
This event is a qualifier for the NH/VT State Championship.
Competition Preparation
This event is sure to be a fact-paced and exciting event. All teams should come prepared for competition. Here are a few steps that every team should take to ensure that they are prepared.
Review the game rules and run through inspection checklist.
Check the official rule updates and changes as things can change throughout the season.
Don't forget items you may need day of! Items such as:
Safety glasses, tools, batteries, chargers, controllers, cables, banners and anything your team may need in your pit.Please DO NOT bring any tools that can pose safety risk to your team or others.
Be sure to prep for Team Interviews. Also make sure your engineering notebook is submitted before the deadline (see Judging Format).
Please make sure to have all participation and consent forms turned in to check in the morning of the event.

Judging format
Digital Engineering Notebooks & in person team interviews
Notebooks: Digital notebooks only via Google Drive, submitted ahead of the event. Notebooks are due Wednesday, January 6th 2027.

Travel information
If you are with a registered team, please keep an eye out for additional information in your associated email.
Teams & Spectators will be assigned the parking lots Infront of Bow High. The other event will be parking in the rear parking spots.
Emergency information
If needed, the event will move to the following day (Sunday, January 10th).
Refund policy
Teams who have not completed payment by December 18th may be moved to the wait list and replaced. Please pay promptly.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All monies will be refunded except for the $5 RECF administrative fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis under extreme circumstances, and only if a replacement team can found and can make travel arrangements to take your place. No refunds will be given after December 22nd.
