Travel information

Due to simultanious events at Bow High, this year we will be implementing a parking system. If you are with a registered team, please keep an eye out for additional information in your associated email. 

Emergency information

In the event of impending inclement weather, please monitor this tab for any announcements.  The primary contact for registered teams will also be emailed and called.
If needed, the event will move to the following day (Sunday, January 10th).

Refund policy

Teams who have not completed payment by December 18th may be moved to the wait list and replaced.  Please pay promptly.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  All monies will be refunded except for the $5 RECF administrative fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis under extreme circumstances, and only if a replacement team can found and can make travel arrangements to take your place.  No refunds will be given after December 22nd.
