This is a Scrimmage event for Baltimore City Schools District JROTC programs only. This is not an open event. Participation is invited only.

7:00 AM- 8:00 AM: Team Check in, Inspections and Pit Area set up. 

7:15 AM - 8:00 AM: Fields open for practice

8:15 AM - 8:25 AM: Drone Team Captain's Meeting (Location: TBD) 

8:25 AM - 8:40 AM: Open Ceremonies

8:45 AM: Skills Fields Open for competition

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Communication Mission Interviews 

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Teamwork Qualification Matches

12:00PM - 12:30PM: Lunch 

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Teamwork Qualification Matches

1:40 PM- 1:50 PM: Teamwork Alliance Selection

2:00 PM- 2:45 PM: Teamwork Elimination Matches

2:00 PM: Skills Fields Close and Communication Mission Ends

2:45 PM - 3:15 PM: Awards deliberations

3:30PM - 4:00PM: Awards Ceremony

4:00 PM - 4:15 PM: Closing Ceremony

 

 

Judging format

Event will require hard copy of Logbooks and interviews will be in-person at the event during scheduled times.

Travel information

Travel to and from the event is team responsibility. 

Emergency information

In case of emergency Baltimore City School District Emergency reaction policy will be used. In case of cancelation of event Teams will be notified by email 12-24hrs prior to event. 

Refund policy

In case of event cancelation, a full refund will be provided minus Rec Foundation fees if the event cannot be rescheduled.
