Welcome to our REC Foundation Aerial Drone Competition: Winter Bash at Clint Early College Academy! We are excited to welcome your team for a great day of competition, collaboration, and learning.

Important Reminders:

• Team Interviews: Conducted in-person during the event.

• Logbook Submissions: Competition Logbooks must be submitted digitally prior to the event.

• Logbook Deadline: Monday, November 30 by 11:59 PM.

• Schedule & Arrival: Please review the schedule on the Agenda tab and plan to arrive in time for Team Check-in, Inspection, and the Drivers/Team Meeting.

This is an official REC Foundation ADC Qualifying Event. Awards will be presented in accordance with standard REC Foundation judging processes and qualification criteria.

7:30 AM - Doors Open

7:45 AM - Team Check in, Inspections Begin

8:15 AM - Piloting Mission Begins (Teams must be have passed inspection.)

8:30 AM - Flight Team Meeting and Match Schedule Created 

9:00 AM - Teamwork Matches, Autonomous Flight Mission and Judging Begin

12:00 PM - Lunch

12:30 PM - All Matches and Judging Resume

1:30 PM - Teamwork Qualification Matches, Piloting and Autonomous Flight Matches and Judging End

1:45 PM - Alliance Selections

2:00 PM - Finals and Awards

3:30PM - Event Ends
