Welcome to the Ultimate Warrior Robotics Competition

This is a RECF Achieve Robotics competition and we welcome you to a day of great competition. 

The Pit Areas will be in the cafeteria. The competition and skills will be in the gymnasium to allow for better seating for viewers.  Parking will be in the back of Steinbrenner High School. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call me. 

All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form. Once per season covers all events. 

All payments have to be made prior to 1 Jan 2027 or your team risks being moved to the waitlist. 

• 7:30 – Doors Open, Check-in and Inspections begin
• 8:00 - Solo Matches Opens
• 8:45 – Check-in Closes
• 9:45 – Inspection Table Closes, Driver’s Meeting, Opening Ceremony
• 10:00 – Qualifying Matches Begin
• 12:15 - Lunch Break
• 1:00 – Qualifying Matches Resume
• 3:30 – Qualifying Matches and Solo Matches End **IMPORTANT: This is estimated end time; solo matches must end at end of qualifications.
• 3:45 - 4:00 – Alliance Selection
• 4:00 - 5:00 – Elimination Rounds
• 5:30 - 6:00 – Award Presentation / Closing Ceremonies

Parking will be in the rear of the high school.  Look for the signs. 

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Teams will be refunded minus 5.00 fee that RECF receives for processing fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

The team will not be refunded.

Teams need to pay their registration fee prior to 1 January 2027 or risk being moved to the waitlist.
