We look forward to seeing you on February 20th! This is a great opportunity for last minute qualifications, testing new robot designs and new strategies, and just getting ready for the next level of competition.

Please complete a Participant Release Forms for all team members prior to attending the event. Once a year is enough. 

There will be concessions.

8:00: Doors open and practice fields open

8:45: Drivers' Meeting

9:00-10:30: Solo Matches Open

10:30-12:00: Qualification Matches 

12:00-1:00: Lunch

1:00-3:30:Qualification Matches (Solo Matches close at end of last Qualification match)

3:30-4:00: Finals Matches Begin

4:00: Awards

Digital Notebooks - In-Person Interviews

The Team Interviews will take place the day of the event. 

Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally by February 18th at 11:59PM.

If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather. We will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this extremely unlikely event (certain event funds such as the RECF handling fee must be spent before the event occurs and those will not be refunded). 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given. Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and potentially lose their spot.
