8:00am - 10:30am	Solo Matches on all fields
10:30 am	Opening remarks and Drivers Meeting
10:45 am	Qualification matches BEGIN
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm	Lunch Break
2:00 pm to 3:20 pm	Qualification matches
2:00 pm to 3:45 pm	Solo Matches (Solo Matches will close at last Qualifications match)
4:00 pm to 4:15 pm	Alliance Selections
4:25 pm to 5:15 pm	Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards
5:30 pm or earlier	Conclusion

Judging format

Digital Notebooks - In-Person Interviews

The Team Interviews will take place the day of the event.

Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally by November 18th at 11:59PM.

Emergency information

If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

Refund policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather. We will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this extremely unlikely event (certain event funds such as the RECF handling fee must be spent before the event occurs and those will not be refunded).

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Once a team has paid for the event, no refund will be given. Teams who do not pay by the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist and potentially lose their spot.
