7:30 am to 8:30 am  - Pits open, Team Registration and Inspection

8:00 am -  Solo Match Field Open

8:45 am - Event meeting

9:00 am - Opening ceremony

9:15 am - Competition matches and Judging begin

Noon to 12:30 pm - Lunch break

12:30 pm to 2:00 pm - Qualification Matches Continue

2:15 pm - Alliance Selection

2:30 pm - Elimination matches

3:15 - Awards ceremony

• Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: We will conduct in-person team interviews at the event. Submit engineering notebooks digitally for evaluation.
• The engineering notebook submission deadline is Wednesday, 10/22, at midnight.  

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds are given, or a new date will be scheduled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis under extreme circumstances, and if a replacement team can be found to take your place. 

All refunds are minus the $5 administrative fee from RECF
