Team interviews will be in person the day of the event. Engineering notebooks will be online. Notebooks must be uploaded to RECFevents by 5pm January 16 to be judged.

Refund policy
the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is cancelled by the event partner, a full refund minus 5 dollars will be sent via district check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a coach cancels, there are no refunds.
