Refund policy
Teams who have not completed payment by November 14th may be moved to the wait list and replaced. Please pay promptly.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All monies will be refunded except for the $5 RECF administrative fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis under extreme circumstances, and only if a replacement team can found and can make travel arrangements to take your place. No refunds will be given after November 14th .
