Welcome to FarmersvilleISD Robotics League for 2026-2027 season. Achieve Invitational Blended League.

Digital Engineering Notebooks - Due by Wednesday November 04 midnight.

Monday League Dates: Oct. 19, Nov. 2, and Nov. 9.

Doors open at  8:00AM

League dates and times are 

• October 19 - 9:00AM to 12:00PM - Registration/setup starts at 8:00AM
• November 2 - 9:00AM to 12:00PM -  Registration/setup starts at 8:00AM
• November 9 - 9:00AM to 2:00PM - Solo Matches, Qualification Rounds, Elimination Rounds - Registration/setup starts at 8:00AM

Payments need to be made 3 days prior to the competition start.

Please contact us if teams are arriving late or not able to show up on the day of the event.

Food

• Concessions for snacks and drinks will be available

• You may bring your own food into the venue.

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers for any positions that you feel are a great fit. For example - registration, score keeping, queuing, score keeping, referees, judges, etc.

Please review the following Judging Format

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
• Digital Engineering Notebooks - Due by Wednesday November 04 midnight.

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible event cancellations, please visit the event on recfevents.org. Updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency.  Teams should make sure their contact information in recfevents.org is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Reschedule the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds. Trophies, volunteer food, and many other expenses have already been spent to put on the event.
