Hutto ISD Middle School Invitational

We are excited to welcome teams to Gus Almquist Middle School @ 1000 Haybarn Ln. Hutto, Tx on Saturday, February 20th. This is the annual Hutto Invitational. We look forward to hosting your teams and having a great day of competition!

7:15 - Doors Open

7:30 - Check-In and Inspection Open

7:45 - Volunteer Training Begins

8:30 - Check-In and Inspection Close

8:45 - Event Welcome Meeting

9:00 - Elementary @ Interviews and Solo Matches, Middle @ Qualification Matches

12:00 - LUNCH

12:45 - Elementary @ Qualification Matches, Middle @ Interviews and Solo Matches

3:45 - Finals Announced

4:00 -  Finals Begin

Engineering Notebooks - REMOTE - Teams must upload a link their account on the RECF Events site by noon on Wednesday, January 27th.  Late entries and physical notebooks will not be judged.

Team Interviews - IN-PERSON - Teams will be given their scheduled interview time at the Event Welcome Meeting.

The school is located within 5 miles of several food and lodging options. There will also be food on site all day.

There is plenty of parking. 

The event will be cancelled only under extreme circumstances. If this occurs, teams will be notified through email. How we will move forward depends on why the event was cancelled, but we will most likely try to reschedule.
