General information

Apopka High School and Team 550 Robotics welcomes you to RECF Pinnacle.  AHS has hosted many events over the past many years and we look forward to this new chapter in robotics competition. 

Please complete Participant Release Forms for all team members prior to attending the event. 

This exciting event will occur on Halloween and we are planning themed events and activities.  Plan to dress up, Trick or Treat, and pass out your own teams candy or prizes.

Judging format

This event will have remote engineering notebooks and in-person interviews at the event.

Notebooks are due by Monday, October 26th at 5pm EST.

Travel information

This event will be held in the school cafeteria located on the western end of our campus.  Enter of of Martin St. and park near our PAC and Cafe.

Emergency information

In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation or shelter-in-place, official instructions from emergency responders and event staff take precedence over the published event schedule. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all participants.

Refund policy

We will only cancel the event due to an emergency or bad weather. In this case will provide as close to a full refund as possible in this extremely unlikely event.

Certain event funds such the RECF handling fee must be spent before the event occurs and those will not be refunded.

 There will be no refunds for teams who register and do not show up.
