General information
The Swather Bot Special will be on Saturday, January 23rd at the Hesston High School main gym. This event will be a HIGH SCHOOL ONLY event and is open to all registered Kansas teams. We will have a concession stand available for all who attend and there is no fee for admission.

Judging format
This event will have All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event beginning at 8:30 AM. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook for submission to the judges. Teams must submit a copy of the Innovate Form inside the front cover of their engineering notebook in order to be considered for the Innovate Award. We will have copies of this form available the day of the tournment on the inspection table or bring yours already filled out in your notebook.

Travel information
The event is free to all and will be help in the main gym. Enter from the front doors at 200 N. Ridge Rd. Ample parking is available.
Emergency information
If weather appears to be threatening, a decision will made in consultation with the athletic director/principal the day before the meet whether or not to cancel the meet. We may or may not reschedule depending upon the availability of weekends coming up.
Refund policy
Refunds and Payment:
- Teams are welcome to pay in person at the event by check or through the RECF.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued.
For teams that have registered and paid but do not show up the day of the event: the team registration fee will be nonrefundable.
Cancellation: ...If the Event Partner has to cancel the event without rescheduling, you will be issued a refund minus the $5 RECF accounting fee.
