Welcome to FarmersvilleISD Robotics Tournament for 2026-2027 season. Achieve Blended Tournament.

Digital Engineering Notebooks - Due by Wednesday December 02 before midnight.

Payments need to be made 3 days prior to the competition start.

Please contact us if teams are arriving late or not able to show up on the day of the event.

Food

• Concessions for snacks and drinks will be available

• You may bring your own food into the venue.

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers for any positions that you feel are a great fit. For example - registration, score keeping, queuing, score keeping, referees, judges, etc.

Doors Open: 8:00AM

Inspections 8:00AM to 8:45AM

Driver Meeting at 8:45AM

Qualification matches 9:15Am to 12:00PM

Solo Matches Rounds: 9:15 AM to before alliance selections.

Lunch 12:00PM to 12:30PM

Qualification matches 12:30PM to 1:45PM

Alliance Selections 1:55PM

Elimination Rounds 2:20PM to 3:15PM

Awards 3:15PM to 3:30PM

Please review the following Judging Format

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
• Digital Engineering Notebooks - Due by December 2, midnight.

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible event cancellations, please visit the event on recfevents.org. Updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency.  Teams should make sure their contact information in recfevents.org is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Reschedule the event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds. Trophies, volunteer food, and many other expenses have already been spent to put on the event.
